This survey is designed to measure progress in your own faith and work integration. You will take it when we start working together and take it again periodically.

The first 12 statements are answered with a number from 1-10 on a spectrum.
(1: Never) (2-3: Rarely) (4-7: Sometimes) (8-10: Often)

1. I have a strong sense that my work matters to God.

2. I feel like I am glorifying God through my work.

3. I talk to God in prayer about my work.

4. I experience God granting my petitions about my work.

5. If I am struggling with work, I connect with God and that helps me to overcome.

6. I am able to recognize and appreciate God refining my character through my work circumstances.

7. I see application connections between what I experience at work and Bible reading, sermons and other teachings.

8. I practice certain disciplines that help me to connect with God during my work day. 

9. I have spiritually significant conversations with work colleagues.

10. I consult articles, podcasts, blogs, etc, that help me to integrate my faith and my work 

11. I have conversations with other followers of Christ about serving God in our particular field of work.

12. My overall sense of the reality of God in my work,  on a scale from 1 to 10.
